Silo Care Rates
Agency Fee
Silo Care does not charge any Agency Fees before commencing the nanny search.

We do charge a Placement Fee that allows us to carry out all the required background and reference checks, as well as organizing and coordinating interviews as well as any additional regulatory paperwork.

1. Baby Sitter (On-Call) Service
(A by-appointment babysitting service that is subscription-based and that gives you access to our pool of expertly pre-screened nannies for in-home babysitting appointments)

Membership Plan Fee: $99 monthly, $247 3-month & $797 annually plus applicable taxes.
Note, this is a subscription service that includes unlimited babysitting appointments and gives you access to our pool of pre-screened Nannies during the membership period purchased
Placement Fee:

Nanny I - $21/hour: A Nanny with a minimum 2-years experience and who has completed less than 100 babysitting appointments

Nanny II - $23/hour: A Nanny with multiple years full time experience, excellent client reviews and completed more than 100 babysitting appointments

Nanny III - $25/hour: A Nanny with multiple years full time experience, glowing client reviews and over 200 babysitting appointments
Conditions and terms for the Baby Sitter (On Call) service are described in the Babysitting Request Form.

2. Temporary Nanny & Newborn Care Specialist Placement
(A placement for no more than 3 consecutive months)
Placement Fee: A total fee of $1,000 would be charged for the entire 3 month period. When employment ends it is the Client’s responsibility to contact the agency prior to the next month’s billing to avoid charges.
3. Permanent Nanny & Newborn Care Specialist Placement
(A placement more than 4 months in duration)
Placement Fee: 12% of the candidate's Total Gross Annual Compensation.
4. National Nanny Placement
(A Part time or Full time placement outside the Agency’s regular service areas i.e. Outside of Ontario)
Placement Fee: 18% of the candidate’s Total Gross Annual Compensation with minimum fees of $ 5,000.
